FUME EXTRACTION / BUYING GUIDE

OEM Private-Label Fume Extractors: A Buyer’s Checklist

An OEM private-label fume extractor order should define the equipment configuration, branding, quantity, destination voltage, consumables and service arrangements before production. For NLVYPRO MN01, branding starts at 20 units and custom machine colors start at 50 units. Confirm the scope and final terms in your quotation.

1. Define the application and equipment configuration

Begin with the customer’s working process. A distributor selling to electronics repair benches may need a different hose arrangement from a supplier serving small laser enclosures. Provide the material, operating hours, workstation layout and source equipment so the factory can discuss the configuration.

Write the selected model into the quotation. MN01 uses a 105W, three-stage configuration; MN01W adds an outdoor exhaust connection; MN02 uses a 200W motor and four filter layers. Review the MN01, MN01W and MN02 comparison before deciding which model will carry your brand.

Confirm the voltage and power-cord arrangement for the destination. The documented product specifications on this website describe 110V versions. Requirements for another configuration need to be agreed with the manufacturer rather than assumed from the destination country.

2. Confirm the branding scope and minimum quantity

For MN01, the manufacturer states a minimum order of 20 units for private-label branding and 50 units for a machine-color change. These quantities refer to the stated MN01 customization options. Ask for model-specific confirmation when discussing MN01W or MN02.

Requirement What to confirm
Brand name and logo Artwork, placement and approval method
Machine color Color reference, sample approval and applicable quantity
Equipment Model, voltage, hose arrangement and controls
Packaging and documents Available customization, language, artwork and any extra work
Commercial terms Quantity, quotation, production timing and delivery responsibilities

Some buyers also need packaging or manual changes. Treat these as items to discuss, not automatically included services. The quotation should distinguish standard accessories from additional customization and identify what artwork or information you must supply.

3. Agree on what the sample will demonstrate

A sample review is more useful when the buyer and factory agree on the checks beforehand. Confirm the physical model, control operation, hose fit, filter access and supplied accessories. If a branded sample is required, agree on how its appearance will be approved.

Evaluate capture with the intended process and a representative workstation arrangement. Keep notes on the material, hood position, hose route and setting. Avoid treating an informal demonstration as a certified filtration or exposure test. Ask for the relevant technical evidence if your market or application requires specific performance claims.

4. Plan replacement filters and after-sales support

Include replacement filters in the purchasing discussion. MN01 and MN01W share compatible filter components, while MN02 uses a separate four-layer configuration. Ask for a model-specific consumables list and decide how your customers will obtain each replacement layer.

MN01 has a one-year main-unit warranty. Confirm the service process, required order details, replacement arrangements and responsibilities in writing. Do not assume that a warranty statement specifies free international freight or that every consumable is covered. Ask for the applicable terms for each model in your order.

For routine maintenance planning, read the filter replacement guide. Order quantities for spare consumables should reflect your customer base and operating conditions rather than a universal replacement schedule.

5. Send a brief the factory can quote against

Send your company and target market, chosen model, application, estimated quantity, voltage requirement, logo file, preferred color and requested delivery timing. Add any packaging, document-language or inspection requirements so they can be reviewed separately.

Does private labeling change the technical specification?

Branding alone does not establish a different performance specification. Confirm any equipment changes explicitly in the quotation and agreed sample.

Can all models use the MN01 minimum quantities?

Do not assume so. The stated 20-unit branding and 50-unit color quantities are confirmed here for MN01. Ask for the terms for the exact model and project.

Can I use any certification claim in my own marketing?

Request the applicable documents for the exact model and configuration, and confirm what they support before using the claim. Branding is not a substitute for supporting evidence.

Discuss your private-label fume extractor project or review the MN01 product details.
