MN03 is built for laser cutting and engraving. A 350W motor drives a manufacturer-stated 300 CFM (509 m³/h) system airflow through four filtration stages: stainless steel mesh, pre-filter cotton, HEPA filter and activated carbon. Connect the intake hose to your laser machine's exhaust outlet and route filtered air away — or outdoors — with the supplied hoses.

MN03 / FILTRATION SYSTEM
Four layers, engineered for laser fumes.
Air passes through stainless steel mesh, pre-filter cotton, HEPA filter and activated carbon — in that order — to capture dust and smoke and help reduce odors from laser cutting and engraving.

5 kg coconut-shell carbon
A substantial activated carbon filter — approximately 5 kg (11.0 lb) of coconut-shell carbon with an iodine value of 1,000 — helps adsorb odors generated during laser processing.
Exhaust routing option
Use the second 2 m corrugated hose to route filtered air from the MN03 side outlet outdoors. Filtration does not eliminate all odors; outdoor venting is recommended when residual odors are strong or a concern.

The standard configuration includes a 1.2 m articulated extraction hose, two 2 m corrugated hoses (90 mm inner diameter) with hose clamps, a remote control and an extraction hood.
The MN03 ships with a stainless steel pre-filter screen, primary filtering cotton, a HEPA filter and an activated carbon filter installed. Send your machine port measurements so we can confirm any required adapter for models other than P2, P2S, S1 and F1 Ultra.

How does MN03 differ from MN01, MN01W and MN02?
MN03 uses a 350W motor with a manufacturer-stated 300 CFM (509 m³/h) system airflow, four filter stages and approximately 5 kg of coconut-shell activated carbon. It is designed for laser cutting and engraving, with dedicated intake and exhaust hoses.
Which laser machines can MN03 connect to?
MN03 is compatible with P2, P2S, S1 and F1 Ultra laser machines using the supplied 90 mm corrugated hoses. For other machines, send us the exhaust port diameter and we will confirm the connection.
How is the filtered air handled?
Filtered air exits the MN03 side outlet. You can leave it indoors or attach the second 2 m corrugated hose to route it outdoors. Outdoor venting is recommended when residual odors are strong or a concern, as filtration does not eliminate all odors.
Which filters can be replaced?
The stainless steel pre-filter screen, primary filtering cotton, HEPA filter and activated carbon filter are separately serviceable. Follow the manual for installation order and airflow direction.
